We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders less than $50 will ship for just $8.

GROUND (3-10 DAY) SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping, which typically arrives in 3 to 10 business days.

Return Policies

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
At the customer’s option, a refund will be issued for items purchased from awsmproducts.com that are defective (primary package - Doy Pack- opened, torn, or without the correct weight). If the customer opts for a refund, the refund will be made using the same credit card as the original purchase. The discretion of awsm shall be final in determining whether the merchandise is “defective”. Product packaging is designed to protect the contents. Refunds or credits will not be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as dented master box corners or scuffed labels. Please contact us: at tvasquez@indamerica.com with the original order number and request action, please include a photograph of the defective product or incorrect product. If products are purchased elsewhere (amazon.com, outside retailers), customers must address returns directly with that specific retailer.

Due to the nature of our products, awsms products have a no-return policy on non-defective merchandise.
